Mrs Catherine (Wanton) Stoddard, Destailleur
She was first married in 1767 to Robert Stoddard, of Newport, R.I. After he died, she married Dr. Destailleur, a Surgeon in the British Army, and removed to Canada. Her daughter, Catherine Destailleur, was married to a merchant at Holy Trinity, Quebec.
