Mrs Brenda Germaine Henshaw (Williams-Taylor) Frazier, Watriss, Perry

She was born in Montreal, Quebec, and was named for her godmother, Lady Brenda Meredith, the wife of the President of the Bank of Montreal. She was married three times to three Americans and was the mother of Brenda Frazier, "the world's first 'celebutante'".
