Mrs Beatrix Cadwalader (Jones) Farrand; Landscape Architect

She was one of the ten founding members of the American Society of Landscape Architects, as well as being Edith Wharton's niece. She designed over 200-private gardens and is remembered as one of the most accomplished landscape architects of the 20th century.
