Arthur Randolph Randolph (1839-1885)

Captain Arthur R. Randolph, D.S.O., J.P., of East Court, Wiltshire

He assumed the name of "Randolph" instead of Mullings in 1877. His second wife had previously broken off her engagement to the newspaperman Gordon Bennett, resulting in the last duel fought on American soil.
