Mrs Annie (Belcher) Bard
She was from Brighton in England and married her older American husband in Chichester in 1886. This photograph (Courtesy of New York Heritage Digital Collections) was taken with her only daughter, Marjorie, in about 1887 in Chichester. In about 1890, she and her husband moved to Dresden in Germany before settling in Washington D.C. from 1895.
