Mrs Anna (Farwell) de Koven
She graduated from Lake Forest University (co-founded by her father) as valedictorian. She became Literary Editor for the Chicago Evening Post and contributed articles and several publications. In 1913, she published a biography of the Life and Letters of John Paul Jones (1747-1792), the first and most notable U.S. Naval Commander. In 1926, she published her second book which was a complete biography of her husband (the famous composer) and their life together: A Musician and His Wife.
