Abraham Mortier (d.1775)
Major Abraham Mortier, of New York; Deputy Paymaster-General of the British Army
He was described as, "jolly yet so phenomenally attenuated!" His second wife was Martha Naden. In 1767, he built Richmond Hill on Manhattan which devolved to his stepdaughter, Mrs Elizabeth Banyer.
