Cutts-Madison House

1520 H Street NW, Washington D.C.

Completed in 1819, for Richard Cutts (1771-1845) and his wife Anna Payne (1779-1832), sister of First Lady Dolley (Payne) Madison (1768-1749) who was its most famous resident and some say still haunts the house today.
