Cotchford Farm
Cotchford Lane, Hartfield, East Sussex
Built in the 17th and possibly with origins dating back to the mid-16th century, Cotchford Farm was home to both A.A. Milne - the creator of Winnie the Pooh - and later Brian Jones, the former Rolling Stone who was murdered in the swimming pool. It remains a private home and is not open to tourists.
